About the role
Senior Program Manager responsible for end-to-end planning, governance, and cross-functional programs across EU AMXL, spanning fulfilment, middle mile, last mile, returns, and profitability. Leads strategic reviews (QBR, OP1/OP2, MBR, BMBR), coordinates across multiple countries and functions, and builds scalable program management infrastructure and reporting to enable long-term profitability and expansion.

- Own the country expansion portfolio: coordinate programs that bring AMXL to new EU markets, working backwards from launch readiness across operations and finance.
- Build mechanisms that keep the organization on plan: trackable goals, quarterly status, year-end reviews, governance that surfaces risk and drives resolution.
- Design program management infrastructure (templates, trackers, SOPs) to enable comparison of initiatives, project planning, and unified reporting language.
- Coordinate across Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance, Safety, People, CX, and ACES, collaborating with NA and International counterparts.
