About the role

Vendor Manager responsible for expanding assortment, maximizing sales and profits, improving customer convenience and satisfaction, and executing data-driven purchasing, web-based sales planning, and promotional activities within the Home division of Amazon Japan.

Responsibilities

  • 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理
  • 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善
  • 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化
  • ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立
  • ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー）
  • 社内関連部署との連携
  • プロジェクトへの参画
  • AIを駆使して業務の効率化、成長戦略への貢献の仕組み作りを行います。

Qualifications

  • 学士以上の学位
  • リテール、営業またはビジネスマネジメント・コンサルティングにおける交渉の経験5年以上
  • 財務分析およびP&L管理の経験
  • Excel使用経験3年以上 (データ分析に基づく戦略立案・実行の経験)
  • 日本語力: ビジネスレベル以上（社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションが可能）
