About the role

Vendor Manager responsible for optimizing product assortment, maximizing sales and profits, improving customer convenience and satisfaction, and planning and executing sourcing strategies and promotions in an E-commerce environment. Leads cross-functional projects and may manage a team or mentor junior staff. Works within the WL/AMI/CA division, with involvement in cross-division projects.

Responsibilities

  • 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定から実行管理までを一貫して担い、予算策定プロセスを主導します。販売データおよび市場動向を分析し、データドリブンな販売戦略の立案・実施・改善をリードします。最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓を行い、仕入れ条件の最適化を通じてコスト競争力を確保します。
  • ディストリビューター・メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを構築・維持し、複雑な状況下でも戦略的判断と効果的な交渉によりパートナーシップを強化します。ウェブを活用したプロモーション施策を企画・立案し、メーカーへの販売を推進します。
  • シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署と密接に連携し、業務の効率化と高質化を実現します。また、全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトにリーダーまたはメンバーとして参画し、成果を創出します。

Qualifications

  • 学士（大卒）以上
  • リテール領域での交渉経験5年以上（営業、マーケティング、バイイング・マーチャンダイジングなど）
  • Excel使用経験3年以上
  • 財務分析またはP&L管理の経験
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力（読み書き・会話）
