About the role

Senior management role owning the functional delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence of Enterprise Systems (PLM, CAD, Fleet Management, ServiceNow, Supply Chain, and Trade Management) for Amazon Leo’s satellite broadband program. Leads a team of engineers and PMs, partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership to translate business needs into platform capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the functional delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence of Amazon Leo's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), CAD, Fleet Management, ServiceNow, Supply Chain (Ariba, E2open, or equivalent), and Trade Management platforms.
  • Manage a team of systems development engineers, platform administrators, and technical program managers; lead implementation of Supply Chain and Trade Management systems as they are stood up for Leo.
  • Execute changes recommended by Architecture Authority and Business Process Excellence function across requirements, build, test, deployment, and ongoing operations.
  • Maintain direct relationships with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business leaders; translate business needs into platform capabilities and drive continuous improvement of core processes.
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team; set vision, priorities, and operating rhythm; foster technical excellence and a culture of ownership and learning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions on cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree
