About the role

IT Support Associate II responsible for providing IT support to Amazon Group employees nationwide, managing IT assets from ordering to setup and disposal, troubleshooting, on-site infrastructure support, and asset operations. Emphasis on user-centric service, rapid adaptation to new processes, and high-quality, productive support. Includes on-call and weekend/after-hours shifts as part of infrastructure and project work.

Responsibilities

  • ユ ー ズ ー バ ー へのテクニカルサポート（Windows/Mac/Linux）
  • 既存運用プロセス・ツールの改善・効率化
  • IT機器の在庫管理
  • ITインフラストラクチャーサポートやメンテナンス(主にNetwork/UPS)

Qualifications

  • 企業環境におけるWindows、Mac、またはLinux オペレーティングシステムのサポート経験3年以上
  • CCNAレベルのネットワークに関する知識と理解
  • クライアントおよびインフラ機器のハードウェアやソフトウェアのトラブルシューティングスキル
  • TOEIC 700点以上、もしくはそれと同等の実務経験
  • 月に1回(繁忙期は2～3回程度)週末・平日夜間に勤務ができる方（システムメンテナンス対応の為）
  • オンコール対応ができる方（当番制。実際に対応することは稀です）

Skills

Required:Windows/Mac/Linuxサポートネットワーク知識（CCNAレベル）ハードウェア/ソフトウェアのトラブルシューティングTOEIC 700点以上相当の英語力

Benefits

  • 土日祝日休み（ただし週末作業が発生した場合は代休支給）
  • 月平均残業約10時間程度（繁忙期により異なる）
