About the role
Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Operations Manager II to Easy Ship sellers. The role entails managing day-to-day seller experience operations, executing established processes, and driving operational metrics within a defined scope. The individual will focus on BAU operations execution, seller performance management, lead or initiate program initiatives and independently manage multiple stakeholders.

- Execute daily seller experience operations including proactive/reactive calling, escalation management, and rescue management
- Monitor and drive seller experience metrics (FDPS, LSR, CR, DEA, FOPS, C2P) within the assigned seller cohort
- Manage D+1 rescue operations, holiday management, and contingency management to ensure customer promise adherence
- Conduct daily performance deep dives and implement corrective actions for underperforming sellers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
