About the role

Role focused on growing Australia's third-party marketplace for international Selling Partners on Amazon Australia by driving strategy, programs, and product initiatives. Involves data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, operations, and international seller recruitment, and leadership across regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, growth, and performance of one of the largest international seller segments in Amazon Australia's third-party marketplace business.
  • Partner across marketing, product, operations, and international seller recruitment teams to grow product selection, expand the seller base, and increase sales.
  • Grow product selection — expand the range of products available to customers.
  • Scale the seller base — attract, onboard, and grow international sellers.
  • Accelerate growth — design and execute programs and initiatives that drive seller adoption and sales.
  • Shape the product roadmap — translate seller feedback into product and feature priorities that improve the seller and customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional execution — bring together seller-facing, product, finance, and operations teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
