About the role

A Specialist within the Account Health Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and third-party sellers, delivering world-class support to help sellers achieve and maintain compliance across multiple regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Seller Engagement and Relationship Management: Serve as the single, dedicated contact for a portfolio of sellers throughout their compliance journey. Build relationships with clear, accurate, and timely communication. Execute structured outreach plans, including proactive contacts, biweekly follow-ups, and pre-enforcement outreach. Educate sellers on compliance requirements and guide them through necessary documentation and actions.
  • Case Management and Documentation: Manage all seller interactions through a centralized mechanism to ensure complete visibility and consistency. Accurately log actions, communications, and documents to maintain data integrity and audit readiness. Monitor progress across applicable legislations, ensuring timely updates and closure of cases.
  • Inbound Support and Regain Activities: Respond promptly to inbound requests via available channels, providing expert guidance. Support enforced sellers through targeted regain outreach and education, helping them return to compliant status quickly.

Qualifications

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English and German
