About the role

AWS Infrastructure Services seeks a customer-obsessed Program Manager based in Singapore to drive operational excellence and optimization for data center planning, procurement, supply solutions, energy/water, construction, commissioning, and controls teams. Focuses on defining metrics, reporting on strategic goals, and improving processes across cross-functional teams while leveraging internal AI/tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key high visibility executive programs to drive business outcomes
  • Drive weekly executive budget meetings, ensuring funds are secured in a timely manner
  • Leverage on internal AI/tools to streamline existing business processes across different functional teams
  • Own reporting of key metrics that drive critical business outcomes including simulation, modelling of inputs to drive key outputs (e.g. headcount etc.)
  • Deep dive into data trends and provide recommendations based on analysis

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
