About the role

Site Leader responsible for budget, people development, and operational objectives across site operations, including managing a team of Operations and Area Managers and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure performance and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Drive quality initiatives, process improvements, and Lean strategies to exceed business goals for the functional area and the sorting center (SC)
  • Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience across Inbound, Processing, and Outbound operations
  • Define and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measure performance, provide feedback, and hold them accountable
  • Leverage Operations and Area Managers to source and implement improvement ideas
  • Share best practices across departments, shifts, and network
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Senior Operations Managers to secure resources for projects and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in people management
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
