About the role

Graphics Associate Producer supporting Prime Video Live Sports Creative Services’ Global Live Sports Production team, focusing on on-air graphics, live game/studio assets, post-production, and sponsorship delivery with fast turnarounds across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point-of-contact between internal and external collaborators involved in planning, development, execution, delivery and support of assigned projects
  • Actively participate in problem-solving, balancing technical, logistic or content needs with storytelling through graphics
  • Ensure Prime Video’s visual identity remains consistent across platforms (on-air graphics, logos, promotional materials)
  • Collaborate with sales, advertisers, sponsors, and sports leagues to create content and sponsorship opportunities
  • Manage deadlines and air dates with workback plans and deliveries; maintain project schedules and tracking status
  • Oversee production of approved assets across projects and optimize resource use
  • QC graphics and sound design for final delivery; assist in delivering final graphics in proper formats
  • Attend project and operational meetings; provide Gameday support for live productions (remote and studio)
  • Implement postmortem takeaways and action items; advance graphics production pipelines and workflows
  • Support department planning, SOPs, ticketing, project trackers, style guides, templates, and manuals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, english, communications, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of design, branding, and motion graphics principles
  • Working knowledge of live production, post-production and motion graphics terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders across teams
  • Proven experience executing sales deliverables for live games and shoulder programming
  • Track record coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of digital graphic file formats; experience with digital asset management tools
  • Experience with project management workflows and tracking tools; refining workflows and operations related to graphics production and delivery
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task in fast-paced environments; highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, tools, workflow and technology
  • Familiarity with Amazon Prime Video’s live sports properties and personalities
  • Willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours, holidays and weekends as needed
