About the role

Finance Business Partner/Senior Financial Analyst role on the Brazil team focused on long and short term financial planning, controllership of monthly reporting, performance metrics, and analytical support for senior management. Emphasis on risk/controllership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Financial controllership, bridging, modeling, reporting and planning.
  • Support senior leaders through performance management and setting them up for success in complex negotiations.
  • Delivering impactful analysis, providing cut-through insight based on inputs.
  • Finance leadership of key strategic initiatives to support the growth and innovation of our projects.
  • Working on projects from end to end, delivering actionable insights and recommendations, tracking and measurement of initiatives.
  • Partnership with business, product and data teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
  • Experience in finance or a related analytical field
  • Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
  • Advanced level of English
