About the role

Software development role focused on designing and building AI primitives and user-facing services in an agentic AI-focused team that ships features from concept to rollout, leveraging AI-enabled tooling and collaborating across AI/ML practitioners, applied scientists, software engineers, and solution architects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI primitives and user facing services in a fast paced environment.
  • Ship features from concept to design to implementation and through to roll-out and support.
  • Follow best practices of software development to ensure project schedules are met and software quality is high.
  • Create and review system designs and work with the team to build the service.
  • Actively participate in the team's planning and brainstorming to shape the future direction of the product.
  • Leverage AI enabled tooling throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high quality product fast.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
