About the role
The Ops Tech Solutions Deployment (OTS-D) organization manages the IT Infrastructure scope of a complex suite of projects for Amazon Fulfilment. The role focuses on regional governance across UK, EU and Middle East, driving PMO strategy, tooling, governance, KPI measurement, and regional resource forecasting and capacity planning.
Responsibilities
- Be the regional representative on Global PMO initiatives, supporting the execution in EU, UK and Middle East
- Define and measure our project and program performance KPIs
- Own forecasting mechanisms and actual reporting for program resources and budgets
- support the creation and and maintenance of regional governance mechanisms and policies
- Maintaining program management standard operating procedures
- Support enhancement definition and user testing of our program management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program or project management
