About the role

Supply Chain Manager responsible for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon's consumables supply chain for household goods. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Retail, Supply Chain, and Vendors to drive improvements in demand planning, production lead-times, vendor KPIs, and cost/profitability while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
  • Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team
  • Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement
  • Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • 3+ years of Excel experience
  • 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
