About the role

Full-time, in-person Recruiting Coordinator based in Nashville, TN (BNA24). Supports high-volume interview scheduling, serves as main point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and interviewers, and helps optimize candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and debrief events.
  • Working directly with candidates, hiring managers, business stakeholders and in some cases arranging travel for candidates located outside of the city of the role, if required.
  • Partner with Recruiters on SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to respond successfully to business demands.
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on interview status.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, automation and scheduling efficiency.
  • To provide training/onboarding support to new peers in the role.
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
