About the role

Senior leader responsible for External Fulfilment EF channels (SF, DF, WI), Amazon Business fulfilment operations in India, flow control across the EF network, and analytics/GenAI backbone to support these areas, with cross-functional collaboration across 3P Business, product, tech, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfilment channel programs: Own end-to-end program charter for Seller Flex, Direct Fulfilment and Warehouse Integration channels, including channel program and product strategy, network configuration and policy management, with seller-experience initiatives and cross-functional launches.
  • Flow control for EF network: Manage the flow of packages, deploy seller caps and TCAP management to safeguard capacity and collaborate with supply chain to minimize speed losses.
  • Amazon Business fulfilment operations in India: Own operations program for B2B delivery experience, cost, DEX metrics and related programs, with cross-org dependencies and leadership visibility, partnering with category and WW AB teams.
  • GenAI, Analytics and reporting: Build and own the GenAI charter, develop analytical foundation (WBR/MBR dashboards, P0 metric tracking, carrier-level breakdowns, program trackers) and elevate analysis to decision-grade insights.
