About the role

Role within JCFS RME-Facilities Centra to analyze, standardize, automate, and improve facility operations data processes across multiple FC/DS sites, leveraging AI tools and data visualization to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • 25%　RME-F業務プロセスの分析・標準化。Wiki/Workdocsを活用した業務手順書の整備と運用基盤の構築
  • 25%　VBA・Power Query等を活用したデータ処理の自動化・一元化。データの入力精度向上と管理工数削減
  • 20%　新規デジタルツールやAIツールの調査・評価・導入支援
  • 10%　施設運用データの分析・可視化による改善提案。四半期ごとの改善効果の定量評価・報告
  • 10%　グローバルチームとの連携。海外ソリューションの日本導入および日本のベストプラクティスのグローバル発信
  • 10%　改善施策の全国横展開とナレッジ共有

Qualifications

  • データ分析とプロセス改善の実務経験(5年以上)
  • AIやExcel(VBA、Power Query等)を活用したデータ処理・自動化の実務経験
  • 業務プロセスの分析力と改善施策の立案力
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語及び英語能力(読み書き・会話)
  • PCスキル（Excel, Power point, Word）
  • メンバーと対等に協議できるコミュニケーションスキル
  • 論理的な思考力、優先順位判断力及び問題解決能力
