About the role

Lead the strategy and execution of leader onboarding and development programs for AmazonJapan Operations Learning and Talent Development (LTD), partnering with global and local stakeholders to design scalable, high-impact learning solutions across multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of leader onboarding and development programs, defining success measures based on business impact.
  • Develop and deliver scalable, world-class learning that enables leaders to serve customers best.
  • Establish consistent processes to design programs across modalities—online, classroom, virtual instructor-led, and blended—using rapid, agile techniques.
  • Partner with global stakeholders (Global Ops Learning Development) and local stakeholders (senior leaders, functional learning teams, HR business partners) to align programs with business needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
  • Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 3+ years’ work experience creating Learning and Development programs or in people development.
