About the role

Finance Manager to support Global Controls, Compliance, and Risk Management for North America Trans Buildings, partnering across finance and business teams to build and scale global controls frameworks for operational networks (NACF and AMZL) and to provide compliance insights to Worldwide operations.

Responsibilities

  • Influence business partners, provide sound recommendations, and manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reviews of the fixed asset ledger ensuring data completeness and correct entries; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Leverage financial knowledge to build models, interpret data, and make recommendations with potential global impact.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative data to develop reports that drive cost reductions.
  • Identify opportunities to resolve defects, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools across teams and organizations.
  • Design and build automated, scalable processes for the aforementioned activities that can be replicated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
  • 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience
