About the role

Program management role focused on end-to-end DP pickup quality within the Flex In-Station Experience team, driving strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements to improve quality and efficiency across delivery partner interactions at stations.

Responsibilities

  • Support long-term strategic planning to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee reports, ensuring clear visibility of project milestones and performance.
  • Influence stakeholders through collaboration and effective prioritization.
  • Be responsible for key performance indicators and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure quality and deadline compliance.
  • Navigate ambiguities with creative problem-solving.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to prevent escalation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
