About the role

Senior Program Manager for Amazon WHS Central Programs Team to lead safety projects end-to-end using the Project Bolster Framework, driving process improvements, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment to sustain a culture of safety across multiple BUs and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Own full project lifecycle from ideation through network deployment, including tollgate preparation, narrative development, entitlement submission, and project closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans (waterfall gantt), deployment schedules, and vendor Scopes of Work with clear milestones and accountability
  • Manage vendor relationships including 3PL labor coordination (3-5x/week cadence), material supplier engagement, Avetta compliance, and Coupa PO management
  • Produce clear, data-backed written narratives for tollgate reviews, MBR/WBR read-outs, and escalation documents; anticipate questions and address them preemptively
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cycle time, eliminate rework, and create reusable playbooks for future deployments

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, safety, or a related field
