About the role

Prime Air is seeking a Repair Technician to maintain and service drones, ensure aircraft conform to design, and operate safely. The role requires collaboration with engineering, flight operations, and Prime Air teams to deliver assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive time-based and condition-based maintenance activities
  • Demonstrate understanding of fleet performance metrics
  • Verify adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes
  • Manage fleet spare parts and inventory
  • Demonstrate proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations
  • Follow detailed instructions outlined in technical manuals

Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical and electrical integration or assembly
  • Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
  • Experience with common business applications and tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.)
