About the role

オペレーションマネージャーとして、AMZLの新しい配送モデルを担い、責任エリアのラストマイルオペレーションを開発・管理。チャネル・拠点ごとの配送コスト・キャパシティ・品質を最適化し、新サービスの実現と新配送チャネルの開発、チームマネジメントを行う。勤務地は兵庫県尼崎市の物流拠点。

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships of trust with delivery partners of business partners, manage delivery costs, delivery capacity, and delivery quality in the responsible area for each channel and delivery base so that they change as planned, including peak periods, contributing to improved customer experience and business expansion.
  • Realize new services and businesses in responsible regions and contribute to the development and expansion of new delivery channels.
  • Team management (human resource development and performance management)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience of managing resources including people, goods, and money
