About the role

Hands-on Fulfillment Center role focused on keeping operations running smoothly, training team members, and improving efficiency through focused workflows, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor key fulfillment workflows and processes, ensuring consistent quality and timely completion of tasks across your team's area of responsibility.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues without relying on documented procedures, escalating roadblocks and risks while making practical trade-offs between time and resources.
  • Collaborate with peers to track team metrics, identify trends, and support inventory strategies that balance stock levels and improve order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Train and support new team members joining the team, sharing best practices and helping them get up to speed on standard operating procedures.
  • Create and refine process documentation and operational procedures to improve safety, efficiency, and overall team performance.

Qualifications

  • Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • High School diploma
  • 1+ years of team leadership experience
