About the role

Lead safety at Amazon’s External Fulfillment Centers (EF) and inter-site road transport, focusing on hazard detection, preventive/corrective actions, incident management, and deployment of safety standards across domestic and international networks.

Responsibilities

  • EF及び拠点間輸送の安全衛生目標計画立案と実行
  • 事故発生時の情報収集、原因調査ならびに是正対策立案
  • Amazon Global Policyの国内展開、ならびに日本国内の安全に関わる手順書の作成・導入・維持と安全活動サポート

Qualifications

  • 安全管理/安全衛生またはEHSに類するご経験を5年以上（業界・部署問わず）
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力 (ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来るレベル）
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力 (ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来るレベル）
