About the role

Global Product Verification (GPV) team focuses on product authentication and verification to protect marketplace integrity, specializing in seller verification, strategic product procurement, and authentication standards implementation. The role involves inspecting and auditing products sold by third-party sellers, using various tools, and ensuring compliance with global quality standards across international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product investigations
  • Follow established investigation procedures
  • Focus on low to medium complexity issues
  • Update investigation tracking systems
  • Attend team meetings
  • Verify that products meet global quality standards across international markets and contribute to GMP compliance and the overall quality system

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
  • Experience using computers and the internet
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience working with large datasets, determining trends/patterns which can be used for value decisions
