About the role

IT Support Engineer role at Amazon Japan’s fulfillment centers, focused on maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, systems, and client devices within FCs, with opportunities for career growth, cross-team collaboration, and exposure to AI tools and DEI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal help desk support
  • Support and manage the IT infrastructure, systems, and client devices in Amazon fulfillment centers and ensure safety management
  • Provide project support for the introduction of new businesses
  • Troubleshoot and upgrade servers, software, and network equipment; handle first-line support and escalate to overseas teams as needed
  • Manage server rooms and racks; arrange LAN and power wiring; oversee IT equipment (racks, A/C, UPS) in server rooms and FCs
  • Asset management including procurement, management, and disposal of IT equipment and supplies
  • Safety management of IT facilities within fulfillment centers
  • Propose improvements and provide consulting for warehouse operations using IT infrastructure

  • 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと
  • 学歴不問
