About the role

Product Manager with technical, research and analytical capabilities to lead hardware roadmap, customer experience, and tech integration for Prime Air drones. Focus on defining strategy and roadmap for drone systems development and driving cross-functional initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the drone systems development for Prime Air.
  • Demonstrate deep technical expertise in customer experience workflows and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy.
  • Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and platforms.
  • Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business.
  • Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams.
  • Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
