About the role

Senior Compliance Associate responsible for reviewing product information, cross-checking with regulatory documentation, and classifying products to ensure regulatory and legal compliance for Amazon listings within the Global Solutions & Risk Compliance (GSRC) organization.

Responsibilities

  • Review latest product information per SOP and cross-check against regulatory documentation
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance for availability on Amazon
  • Collaborate with manager, Process Experts, and other teams to address deviations from SOPs and seek guidance
  • Maintain detailed task records and use standardized reports to prioritize work to meet Quality, Productivity, and SLA targets
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort (e.g., automating reports using Excel queries) and propose improvements to SOPs
  • Share feedback on SOPs and contribute to process refinement
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute expertise
  • Mentor peers by answering queries and providing process-level training if needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business
  • Experience in oral and written English communication
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
