About the role

Senior Sales Business Development Leader to create transformational opportunities across APJC strategic enterprise accounts, aiming to develop $200M+ Total Contract Value deals through cross-functional leadership and executive relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive a portfolio of mega-deal creation engagements across APJC’s most strategic enterprise customers.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders across the deal development process.
  • Drive Think Big during Prospecting, Identification and Qualification stages, identifying transformational outcomes tailored to each customer’s business context to unlock multi-hundred-million deal sizes.
  • Build and own C-suite executive relationships with customer decision-makers, developing trust-based partnerships beyond consumption-based pricing.
  • Leading the weekly deal development cadence, run by deal execution leads, maintaining rigorous deal execution discipline.
  • Deliver monthly business reviews to APJC senior leadership with clear deal progression metrics, risk assessments, and acceleration recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategic deal pursuit experience in technology or cloud services.
  • Track record of personally driving strong execution engagement to develop large deal pipeline.
  • Experience orchestrating large, cross-functional teams across deal development process.
  • Proven track record leading AI-driven transformation initiatives within 1-2 major industries
  • Experience working with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 / Nikkei 225 equivalent enterprises.
