About the role

Senior product leadership role in Amazon's Ship Tech (STS) analytics group to build transportation intelligence and decision-support products. Own strategy and execution for data centralization, insights, and decision signals across the transportation network, collaborating with data engineering to deliver analytics that improve on-time delivery and operational visibility for customers and operators.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in transportation and logistics, data centralization, insights generation, and decision support; identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, customer success) to translate requirements into technical specifications and drive implementation of new features
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company strategic objectives and communicate it to stakeholders
  • Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry insights to inform product decisions
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring milestones, risks, and budget adherence

Qualifications

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for team products
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent
  • Experience in transportation operations and industry knowledge
  • Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams
  • Experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering in a fast-paced environment
  • 6+ years of Technical Product Manager experience
