About the role

Amazon Philippines SEPO team seeking analytical candidates to investigate and eliminate online e-commerce risk, with experience in e-commerce payments, trust and safety, or customer-focused roles. Role involves independent decision-making, team collaboration, and adherence to shifting schedules in a 24/7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with team members, team leads, department management, other associates, and third-party vendors to accomplish goals.
  • Plan and accomplish tasks with limited supervision using excellent judgment and high accuracy.
  • Authenticate customers and complex transactions using strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Contribute to productivity and quality assurance while supporting department development.

Qualifications

  • At least a high school diploma with 3 years of any work experience (investigation or customer support preferred)
  • Fresh graduates and career freshers welcome
  • Dedicated home workspace free from background noise
  • Postpaid wired fiber internet with minimum 200 Mbps speed and at least 100 GB data
  • Excellent written and spoken English, ability to compose concise and accurate written responses
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex transactional issues clearly
  • Demonstrated logical problem analysis ability
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills
