About the role

Strategic role leading planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon's supply chain within the AVS Consumables (Beauty) team. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration, vendor-facing strategy, and driving cost, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
  • Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team.
  • Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement.
  • Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • 3+ years of with Excel experience
  • 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
