About the role

Role within Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) focused onQuality Management (QM) for Relay Operation Center (ROC) thorough monitoring, analysis, and improvement of trunk/linehaul transportation quality, with emphasis on on-time delivery, delay risk management, and disaster response processes.

Responsibilities

  • Understand team initiatives and drive projects in the assigned domain.
  • Analyze management metrics and data to identify current issues and formulate/execute actions and KPIs to resolve them.
  • Detect anomalies in business processes, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Business-level Japanese (facilitation in meetings and business document drafting).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) with analytical experience.
  • Practical experience in project management or process improvement (industry-agnostic).
