About the role

HR Partner on the AMZL PXT team focused on supporting PXT operations, employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence. Onsite role at an Amazon facility, building partnerships with operations and leaders, using data-driven insights and HR technologies to enhance employee experience and develop core HR capabilities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and maintaining documentation of HR processes and employee interactions.
  • Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring resolution or escalation of employee matters.
  • Assist in running and monitoring feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, employee engagement activities); support issue tracking and follow-up with senior PXT for resolutions and improvements.
  • Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention behaviors and guide toolkit usage for better communication, recognition, and performance conversations.
  • Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives; coordinate logistics and gather feedback.
  • Learn to track and summarize PXT-related data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment); prepare insights for site reviews.
  • Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions; identify gaps and escalate to improve tool usability or adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, manufacturing)
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing technical guidance)
