About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager to lead technical planning, coordination, and implementation of multiple PLM/MCAD/ECAD programs for Amazon Leo, Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of programs, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-impact, complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Product Lifecycle Management PDM/PLM/MCAD and ECAD system implementation projects
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product and feature requirements across MCAD, ECAD, Manufacturing, and SAP domains
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage escalations or mis-alignments when there are risks to delivering committed services with high quality; manages tradeoff decisions with key stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholder teams to determine the appropriate escalation, review process, and resolution for delivery blockers
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
