Responsibilities
- Own and scale Business Assurance capabilities across revenue, cost, and end-to-end business processes, combining financial analysis, controllership, data, automation, and cross-functional execution to protect financial outcomes and identify opportunities to improve margins.
- Analyze end-to-end revenue and cost flows to identify leakage, financial risks, control gaps, and margin improvement opportunities. Develop and operate preventive and detective controls that improve financial accuracy and strengthen controllership.

- Review existing business and financial processes, identify control and operational gaps, and work with cross-functional partners to prioritize and implement scalable improvements.
- Take Agenting AI capabilities from prototypes to supported, documented, reusable products. Own rollout, onboarding, adoption, operating mechanisms, and long-term sustainability so capabilities continue to scale beyond their original creators.
- Partner with Data Engineering, BIEs, and Finance teams to establish reliable and curated data feeds supporting management reporting, strategic insights, and assurance detection. Establish standards for data quality, lineage, access, reconciliation, and monitoring.
- Build agentic workflows, automated monitoring, dashboards, status mechanisms, and escalation processes that reduce manual coordination and investigation. Apply AI and automation to improve detection, investigation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

- Bring together Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Data/Science, Business Operations, and external partners to eliminate silos, resolve dependencies, and establish common financial metrics, controls, and detection logic.
- Work alongside BIEs and other technical resources embedded within Business Assurance, establish engineering and delivery patterns, prioritize the roadmap, mentor team members, and build capabilities that enable the organization to operate at scale.
