About the role

UX Designer sought to help set direction for a strategic AWS initiative serving a worldwide AWS Sales organization, focusing on customer-centric experiences, design thinking, and AI-enabled interaction design at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Provide designs for new and existing solutions in consideration of the end-to-end experience from big picture conception to execution.
  • negotiate priorities and align on customer problems and product vision with design leadership.
  • design complex workflows balancing divergent user perspectives across technologies.
  • work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, designers, managers, and stakeholders.
  • build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and end users.
  • understand holistic experience and produce designs that integrate into agentic experiences.
  • identify measures capturing health of user experience and pursue opportunities from user needs.
  • help scale design processes and raise design quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of design experience
