  • Analyze complex quantitative data to identify trends, measure productivity metrics, and evaluate return on investment for business initiatives and new product concepts
  • Partner with Financial Planning and Analysis stakeholders across sales and marketing finance to elevate the quality of financial reporting, narratives, and variance explanations
  • Collaborate with finance technology partners to streamline reporting infrastructure, drive automation opportunities, and simplify processes that improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
  • 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
  • 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
  • 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or related analytical field
