About the role

The Channel Team Lead will oversee and guide a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program. This leadership role combines field execution with strategic vision to ensure activation and performance targets are met while upholding delivery standards. The Channel Lead acts as coach, problem-solver, and results driver to enable team success in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model
  • Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
  • Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence
  • Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
  • Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
  • Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
  • Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability

Qualifications

  • -1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • -Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • -Experience with Excel
