About the role

Account management executive for Delivery Service Partners (DSP) focusing on last-mile logistics in Turkey, responsible for expanding and managing operations, people and performance, and driving the operational plan.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Transportation operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
  • Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications
  • Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
  • Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems.
  • Monitoring performance of the program daily.
  • Own network compliance score for the associated accounts.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve partners escalations.

Qualifications

  • Can read write and speak English / Turkish fluently
  • Analytical skills - Excel / SQL - Deep dive
  • Experience in logistics
