About the role

Area Manager responsible for shipping planning, route planning, staff scheduling, and continuous improvement at a Japanese fulfillment site in Utsunomiya, Tochigi. Focused on expanding the DS network and optimizing outbound logistics to deliver billions of items efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • 配送管理: 入荷した商品の仕分け・出荷作業および配送ルートの計画を立案します。"どのアイテムを、いつ、何人で仕分けするか"、"どの地域に、どのような順番で配送するか"をプランニング。
  • シフト・勤怠・作業管理: 仕分けや出荷、配送などを担うスタッフの管理。数十名規模。シフト組みと進捗管理。アシスタントスタッフと連携。
  • 業務改善: 安全・品質・生産性向上や業務効率化のための改善案と実施計画の立案。定期ミーティングで意見を提案。

Qualifications

  • 4年制大学学士号または同等の業務経験
  • パソコンスキル初級（四則演算ができるレベル）
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力
  • 業界を問わず、スタッフの指導やチームリーダの経験3年以上

Skills

Required:配送計画/ルート設計シフト管理/勤怠管理
Nice to have:業務改善コミュニケーション能力基本PCスキル（Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint）英語力
