About the role

Senior UX Designer in Amazon Business UX team focused on admin account management, procurement solutions, and leveraging AI technologies to improve end-to-end account admins experience for business customers across enterprise segments.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate design processes amid ambiguity in product strategy, requirements, and feasibility.
  • Pull insights and guide product stakeholders into design activities to shape and prioritize user stories.
  • Communicate design recommendations, trade-offs, and product direction to leaders across the organization.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues affecting customer experience while proposing long-term, simplified solutions.
  • Contribute to informing product roadmaps, goals, objectives, and metrics that add customer value.
  • Advocate for the customer across multiple initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
  • Online portfolio or samples demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile
  • Experience delivering design solutions for large scope and complexity projects
  • Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs
  • Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers
  • Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools
