About the role

Lead responsible for shift execution, supervision, and motivation of the ICQA team within a e-commerce fulfillment center, ensuring orders are processed according to quality and safety guidelines, managing shift plans, and driving continuous improvement across operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and promote a culture of safe working practices by actively seeking safety improvements across the department
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in accordance with quality guidelines
  • Regularly convey key shift information to direct supervisor and warehouse staff
  • Adjust task assignments during the shift to meet planned outcomes considering current changes
  • Follow supervisor commands and remove obstacles affecting shift performance
  • Collaborate with supporting and other departments to resolve issues and meet needs in critical areas (e.g., process readiness, 5S, safety training)
  • Assist in fulfilling customer orders through direct involvement in the process
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees on performance, quality, and safety
  • Deepen subject-matter knowledge of all ecommerce fulfillment center operations

Qualifications

  • Fluent Polish language skills in speaking and writing
  • Minimum vocational or secondary education
  • Experience with data analysis tools and using metrics to identify problems
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • English language skills in speaking and writing at A2 level
