About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs for Amazon’s Last Mile Technology team, focusing on On Road Experience and Rabbit Foundations within Last Mile Technology (LMT). Responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex, high-scale platforms and services that support Last Mile delivery, influencing multiple teams and driving architecture, processes, and KPI-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large, cross functional programs and projects end-to-end
  • Drive architecture and design of next-generation platform for high scale and throughput
  • Influence development teams across multiple organizations to deliver the right technical solution
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints
  • Define KPI/SLA metrics to drive multi-million dollar businesses and report to senior leadership
  • Develop sustainable processes and coordinate release schedules across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
