About the role

Seasoned business development lead to drive transformational cloud deals for AWS with Automotive & Manufacturing customers in Brazil, engaging C-suite stakeholders and translating manufacturing challenges into AWS cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive LoB pipeline across a portfolio of strategic manufacturing accounts, from opportunity identification through qualification, business case development, and progression toward close; lead customer engagements at plant and corporate level; translate manufacturing challenges into cloud solutions — connect OT pain points to AWS services and ISV partner solutions; build relationships with manufacturing line-of-business buyers not just IT procurement; collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders; represent AWS at selected industry events and contribute to thought leadership content.
  • Define and execute a strategic market plan for the Automotive and Manufacturing industry in LATAM, align with AWS direction with internal stakeholders (account teams, industry solution architects, service teams, marketing, partners, legal).
  • Define and size segments, identify and engage key customers and partners including ISVs and system integrators, creating and executing the GTM plan.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry in Brazil in roles such as business development, management consulting, solution sales, or product/program management
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) at major Brazilian industrial companies (e.g. OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, large discrete/process manufacturers)
  • Fluency with ML/AI/GenAI technologies, and how those are applied to business outcomes. Experience in discussing GenAI applications for the industrial sector.
