About the role

Lead large-scale, cross-organizational programs spanning the Devices product line, focusing on Memory Optimization and Peak Readiness, with AI-enabled scaling of program execution across hundreds of services powering Amazon devices.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-priority and high-visibility goals spanning multiple organizations
  • Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews and provide program updates to leaders 3 levels above
  • Influence organization roadmap priorities and technical direction
  • Represent difficult trade-off decisions and solutions clearly to leaders up to 3 levels above
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-organization communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Guide technical direction and decisions to deliver solutions that meet Amazon's standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, scalability, simplicity, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
