About the role
Senior Finance Manager to lead the AWS Marketplace and Partner Services (AMPS) finance team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive planning, analysis, decision support, and controllership for AWS Marketplace and related partner initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead key analytical projects that increase controllership and drive cross functional policy decisions, impacting working capital and seller satisfaction.
- Build deep working knowledge of revenue systems and their interactions across AWS tech stacks
- Build out and enhance financial models, develop business insights, and lead ad hoc analyses.
- Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to drive revenue growth. Own variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, tell the story with data.
- Serve as the CFO for Marketplace and Partner Engineering, working closely with the service VP
- Build, develop and lead a high performing team of finance professionals
Qualifications
- 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
- 10+ years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience
- 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
