About the role

Senior Finance Manager leading the finance team supporting Partner Growth & Strategy within the AWS Partner and Specialist Organization. Responsible for financial modeling, funding governance, portfolio analytics, and executive reporting for a large portfolio of partner incentives.

Responsibilities

  • - Build and maintain financial models for partner growth initiatives, including ROI analysis, incrementally evaluation, and scenario planning
  • - Design and deliver recurring portfolio reviews for senior leadership (VP/CFO), synthesizing program-level data into strategic insights and resource allocation recommendations
  • - Codify initiative design patterns into a Best Practices Playbook (funding mechanisms, approval governance, partner incentive structures) for reuse across new programs
  • - Prepare monthly business review content and monthly program updates, narrative write-ups and data-driven recommendations across entire org
  • - Evaluate and provide financial input on new proposals from PG&S leadership and their directs, applying appropriate rigor while maintaining partnership
  • - Manage a team of finance professionals, setting clear goals to deliver high value impact

Qualifications

  • - 10+ years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience
  • - 8+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
  • - 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience
  • - 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
  • - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
